Copies of the high resolution files are free for official use within AISD, provided they are not made available to the public at any time now or in the future. Examples of official use: for use in a yearbook, to use for photo galleries to be displayed anywhere on public school grounds, for coaches gifts, for use in any official publication associated with the school (such as the sport program guide, school papers, bulletins, or other publications, etc.). Images to be used for display on websites or for use on photo CD’s to be sold as fundraisers must be low-resolution images.

Photos on the site are usually watermarked to discourage the use of the low-resolution versions in official publications. The low resolution versions will usually produce poor to bad results in print - please remember that the high-resolution version is available to any official school entity for that purpose and will be supplied free of charge upon request.
